Thank you for trying VB Plus!  All the information you need to install and run this program is contained in the file VBPLUS.HLP.  To view this file open the Program Mangager's File menu and select run.  Then, type in the path of VBPLUS.HLP (for example "C:\VBP\VBPLUS.HLP".  Lastly, click the OK button.
